Which are the available shipping options?
Customers can choose one of the following two shipping options. The two shipping options will be available at Cart page, then at Checkout.
- DHL Express Shipping: Choose this option if you want express quicker delivery. Be aware delivery times mat vary depending on your location.
FREE for orders over $140
$17.50 for order under $140
- Standard Shipping - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
We will have Standard Shipping option available soon – Just negotiating the best option, rate and delivery times at the moment. Thanks for your patience.
What are the delivery times for each Shipping Option?
- DHL Express Shipping:
Two (2) business day’s delivery service to Metropolitan areas in main cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane).
Up to five (5) business days to Non Metropolitan areas and other cities (Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, regional areas).
- Standard Shipping: Expect delays! CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
Two (2) to nine (9) Business days to metro areas in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne;
Five (5) to six (9) Business days to ACT, Metro areas in Adelaide, Perth, Non metro areas in VIC, QLD, NSW;
Seven (6) to ten (10) Business days to TAS, NT and Non Metro areas in WA and SA.
PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY TIME FRAMES are calculated from the date your package is shipped. Read below When is my order going to be shipped?
When is my order going to be shipped?
Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (before 11 am), they will be shipped the same day at 1:00 pm (3:00 pm NZ time) and delivered depending on the shipping option you chose.
Orders placed Friday after 11 am, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, they will be shipped the following business day at 1:00 pm (3:00 pm NZ time), and delivered depending on the shipping option you chose.
FOR EXAMPLE: You placed an order 11:05 am on Friday; we will process your order on Monday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, and it will get shipped on Monday at 1:00 pm (3:00 pm NZ time). If you choose DHL express, your order will be arriving to its destination on Wednesday if you live in Metro Area of main cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), and if you live in a Non Metro area or other cities, your order will arrive anytime between Wednesday and the following Monday.
How do I know my order is being Shipped
Once your order has been placed you will receive a FIRST email notification from Soulblu New Zealand “Order is now Processing”, Orders placed before 11:00 am will be picked, packed and sent the same day (if placed after 11am, then it will be sent next business day).
Once your order is being picked, packed & sent, you will receive a SECOND notification, which includes the Tracking Number for your order.
How do I track Soulblu nicotine orders?
To track your order, please use the Link and Tracking Number included in the SECOND notification email. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the notification in your Inbox. If you cannot find it at all, please email us support@soulblu.co.nz requesting your Tracking Number. Please provide your name, order number, date and time you pay for the order. We will email you back the Tracking Number within the following 24 hours.
Depending on which Shipping Option you have chosen, you will receive an email with different links to track your order:
- if you choose Express Shipping, then DHL will send you a link to go to http://www.dhl.com/en.html
- if you choose Standard Shipping: International Courier, we will send you an email with a link to track your order. In most cases you can also track your order with Australia Post: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.!

Hi, I’m James and I was wondering what difference does the PG/VG ratio make to the vapours?
PG = more TH (Throat hit) Less thick Vapor
VG = Less TH, Thicker vapour
only going on what I’ve been reading online in other forums.
Some people find a high PG can either make Vaping not work for them or make them feel a little off,so if your finding this switch to either a 100% VG or a higher VG percentage

Im located just outside of Melbourne’s metro area & it generally doesn’t take any longer than 3 business days for my orders to arrive… pretty good considering as they’re coming from overseas of ya ask me!

Absolutely wrapped in the delivery time, though was a little disappointed in not receiving the first or second notifications, as a matter of fact my order still shows on SoulBlu as processing. Other than this I’m delighted, Order placed early Wednesday and received in country VIC on Friday morning. Great service.

I Would like to order some Soulblu Juice to Australia, I’m sick of waiting for stuff from the States. Before I do a couple questions, first how much nicotine is considered “high” (2.4mg) or is it more like (1.8mg)? Second, most of your juices are a 60:40 PG/VG ratio do you have an option for a 50:50 or even 20:80 PG/VG ratio?

Hi JMV thanks for your enquiry – Sure you will receive your nicotine order within 2 or 5 business days, depending where in Australia you are located. Soulblu Nicotine strengths are 6mg or 0.6% for Low, 12mg or 1.2% for Med and 18mg or 1.8% for High.
All PG/VG ratio on our eliquids / juices are 60/40 – But you could modify the ratio yourself by adding PG or VG as desired.

I have just received the package. I didn’t receive any shipping notifications. However I was able to find the dhl tracking using my order number. Order was shipped on tuesday & delivered on Wednesday 28-10-2015. My order status is still processing by I have the order in my hand.

Hi my order status was changed from “processing” to “on hold”. What does that mean?
It actually does not affect your order. More important is Getting Soulblu Order notification once you process the payment, then getting a DHL notification confirming your order was sent.

As per request once you have placed the order, is really hard to change it, as we have timeframes for processing order to ensure they reach their destination as promissed.
