Which are the available shipping options?
Customers can choose one of the following two shipping options. The two shipping options will be available on the Cart page, then at Checkout.
- DHL Express Shipping: Choose this option if you want quick express delivery. Be aware delivery times may vary depending on your location.

$17.50 for orders under $140
- Standard Shipping - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
We will have a Standard Shipping option available soon – currently negotiating the best option, rate and delivery times. Thanks for your patience.
What are the delivery times for each Shipping Option?
- DHL Express Shipping:
Two (2) business day’s delivery service to Metropolitan areas in main cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane).
Up to five (5) business days to Non Metropolitan areas and other cities (Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, regional areas).
***Please note that orders are not processed or delivered during Public Holidays***
- Standard Shipping: Expect delays! CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
Two (2) to nine (9) business days to Metropolitan areas in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne;
Five (5) to nine (9) business days to ACT, Metropolitan areas in Adelaide, Perth, non-Metro areas in VIC, QLD and NSW;
Seven (7) to ten (10) business days to TAS, NT and non-Metro areas in WA and SA.

When is my order going to be shipped?
Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (before 11 am), they will be shipped the same day at 1:00 pm (3:00 pm NZ time) and delivered depending on the shipping option you chose.
Orders placed Friday after 11 am, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, they will be shipped the following business day at 1:00 pm (3:00 pm NZ time), and delivered depending on the shipping option you chose.
FOR EXAMPLE: You placed an order 11:05 am on Friday; we will process your order on Monday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, and it will get shipped on Monday at 1:00 pm (3:00 pm NZ time). If you choose DHL express, your order will be arriving to its destination on Wednesday if you live in Metro Area of main cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), and if you live in a non-Metro area or other cities, your order will arrive anytime between Wednesday and the following Monday.
How do I know my order is being Shipped?
Once your order has been placed you will receive a FIRST email notification from Soulblu New Zealand “Order is now Processing”, orders placed before 11:00 am will be processed, packed and sent the same day (if placed after 11:00 am it will be sent the next business day).
Once your order is being picked, packed & sent, you will receive a SECOND notification, which includes the Tracking Number for your order.
How do I track Soulblu nicotine orders?
To track your order, please use the Link and Tracking Number included in the SECOND notification email. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the notification in your Inbox. If you cannot find it at all, please email us email@example.com requesting your Tracking Number. Please provide your name, order number, date and time you pay for the order. We will email you back the Tracking Number within the following 24 hours.
Depending on which Shipping Option you have chosen, you will receive an email with different links to track your order:
- if you choose Express Shipping, then DHL will send you a link to go to http://www.dhl.com/en.html
- if you choose Standard Shipping: International Courier, we will send you an email with a link to track your order. In most cases, you can also track your order with Australia Post: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active!
