Warranty Information:

Each device (mod and/or e-cig) is covered by a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty, valid with original proof of purchase receipt. This warranty protects customers against manufacturer’s defects in material and design. If the product fails because of a manufacturer’s defect, it will be repaired or replaced.

Limitations:

The above mentioned warranty applies exclusively to the device (mod and/or e-cig) and not any other accessory, such as atomisers (tanks) and coils. The warranty does not protect against misuse, tampering or modification of the device, or liquid damage. Damage to the device’s exterior/finish or stripped threads are also not covered. No returns will be accepted for change of mind.

Important Notice:

Shipping costs to our store are not covered by this warranty. The customer is responsible for this cost.  We do however ship the product (repaired or a replacement unit) back to you free of charge. It is recommended to use a shipping method which provides a tracking number to guarantee its delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages or additional fees which may apply not covered under this warranty.
